Peace & Understanding

Most people don’t try hard enough to see the other fellow’s problem. I bet you are wondering why I chose this picture from picasaweb.google.com. Well this is the way it seems like people look at one another's opinions and problems. They just push it to the side and forget about the other persons agenda. If everyone listened to each other, then this world would be a much nicer place to live.
Throughout the play, this statement is made present. Whether it is Mama and Ruth not listening to what Walter has to say about his outlook on life, or if it's Linder, completely disregarding the family's moral values and what they want to acheive from buying the house. If they could just communicate between everyone then there would not have been any drama.
